
Volunteers
Our Staff
Kay's Kamp staff is a dedicated group of volunteers, 20 years and older consisting of parents, teachers, cancer survivors, college students, young adults and professionals who are committed to helping kids with cancer.
All full-time counseling and activity staff are CPR-certified and required to stay at Kamp the entire week.
ACTIVITY STAFF
Counselors are at least 20 years old and are required to remain at Kamp the entire week. After two years experience a counselor may apply for a Lead Counselor position.
COUNSELORS
Jr. Counselors consist of 19 year old adults who are currently in treatment or cancer survivors. This program was developed to ease the transition from Kamper and LIT to a future staff member.

Lifeguards (open water) - 18 years old and older, American Red Cross certified with open water certification. At least two years experience. Part time positions available

Facilities
MEDICAL STAFF
Our Medical Team, on site at all times, includes pediatric physicians, RN's, oncology nurses, oncology pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physicians assistants from Christiana Care, The Helen F. Graham Cancer Center, A.I. duPont Hospital for Children, BayHealth and other area hospitals.
We offer a variety of positions, both full and part time shifts available.
