Kamper Applications & Forms

Attend Kamp

Any child, ages 5-17, who is undergoing cancer treatment or is in remission may attend with physician's approval.  Seventeen-year-olds have the option to attend as a Kamper or to apply to be a Leader in Training (LIT).

Once your application has been submitted and accepted you will receive an email confirmation from our application coordinator. In addition, our LIT Director will contact you via email or phone to assist you with the next steps of your process to join us at Kamp

All kampers/LIT’s need to fill out an application and PNP form and review our CVL Care document for the 2021 Hybrid kamp week. Please read the application carefully as we have included a section about COVID-19 testing and screening for any kamper who wants to attend any of the in-person activities.

**We plan to offer at least 2 In-person activities that will be held at a centralized location. All staff and kampers will strictly adhere to mask-wearing and socially distanced policies and times and locations will be announced closer to kamp. If you have any questions or concerns, contact Kamp Director, Dave Wessell at dave@kayskamp.org or Kamper/Family Liaison, Katie Foster at katie@kayskamp.org.
