Our Staff is a dedicated group of volunteers, 20 years and older, consisting of parents, teachers, survivors, young adults and professionals who are committed to helping kids with cancer.  All counselors and activity staff are required to stay at Kamp for the entire week.
Our Leader in Training (LIT) program is an opportunity for young adults, ages 17-18 who are currently in treatment or a cancer survivor to train to become future leaders. (17 year olds may choose to remain a kamper or move up to a LIT)
Our Medical Team, on site at all times, includes pediatric physicians, RN’s, oncology nurses, oncology pharmacists and nurse practitioners from Christiana Care, The Helen F. Graham Cancer Center, AI Dupont Hospital for Children and other area hospitals. Phone consultation is available 24 hours a day by pediatric oncologists at AI Dupont.
