Our Staff is a dedicated group of volunteers, 21 years and older, consisting of parents, teachers, survivors, young adults and professionals who are committed to helping kids with cancer.  All counselors and activity staff are required to stay at Kamp for the entire week. Our Leader in Training (LIT)  program is an opportunity for young adults, ages 18-20, that are currently in treatment or a cancer survivor to be trained as our future staff. Our Medical Team, on site at all times, includes pediatric physicians, RN’s, oncology nurses, oncology pharmacists and nurse practitioners from Christiana Care,            The Helen F. Graham Cancer           Center, AI Dupont Hospital for           Children and other area hospitals.        Phone consultation is available 24       hours a day by pediatric              oncologists at AI Dupont.
