How You Can Help! Sponsor a kamper with a Kampership Consider underwriting the cost of sending a child to Kamp for one week with a $1,000 Kampership donation.  Your gift can be directed to a Kamper from your family, your community, or anonymously to a child you haven’t net.  Kamperships provide a life- changing experience for a child in need. Make a General Monetary Donation Monetary donations of any amount makes a difference! Consider contributing at one of the following giving levels: Trailblazers: $100-$249 Tree-climber: $250-$499 Stargazer: $500-$999 Dream-catcher: $1000 and above Make a Memorial or Honorarium Donation Make a donation in memory of a friend or loved one, or give in honor of a holiday or special occasion.  Kay’s Kamp will send a keepsake card to the family or honoree. Give an Item from Our Wish List From laptops to juice boxes, we need a wide range of essential items and supplies to make Kamp a hit!  Please visit the Wish List Page to see what items we could put to good use. Donate an Auction Item Contact us about donating tickets, gift certificates, trips, artwork, collectibles and other exciting items for our annual live and silent auction event at the KEWF Gala. Display Our Literature You can help us get the word out to possible Kampers, donors, and volunteers by displaying a Kay’s Kamp poster and brochures at your place of business or professional office. Have Us Speak at Your Civic Organization or Business Meeting We love to share whats happening at Kay’s Kamp with members of different communities.  If you’re a memver of a civic organization, religious group, or social circle, or if you would like to hear about Kamp at your next business meeting, please contact us to arrange a speaking engagement. Donate Frequent Flyer Miles By donating frequent flyer miles, you can help us fly a child with cancer to Kamp, bring in professional programs speakers to conduct workshops, or allow our staff to travel to training conferences as well as spread the word about Kays Kamp.  Your gift can help make attending Kamp possible for someone who might not otherwise be able to get there. Volunteer To volunteer at Kamp, visit our Applications page.  Volunteer positions are limited, but we need helpers beyond Kamp week!  In particular, we could use volunteers for our annual gala in March and our 5K Run/Walk in the spring or check our Events page to find other events where you can volunteer and help support Kay’s Kamp. Host a Kampfire Circle Would you like to help spread the word about Kamp?  Consider hosting a Kampfire Circle, an informal “Virtual” tour of Kay’s Kamp held in someone’s home, a community center, or anywhere with a DVD player.  It can take place at an informal dinner party, lunch, cocktail hour, dessert social, or other creative get-together.  Contact us about hosting such an event. Donate Unused Ad Space If your business or organization has regular ad space in a newspaper or magazine that you’re not always using, donate that space for Kay’s Kamp to run an ad instead.  Or let us know if you would like to donate space in a church bulletin, newsletter, or event program. Corporate Matching Many companies have a matching gift program that can match all or a portion of employees’ donations to charitable organizations.  Next time you make a donation to Kay’s Kamp, ask your employer if your company offers a matching gift program, and if so, how you can obtain a form to make your gift go even further. Hold a DIY Fundraiser Get creative with your giving!  Consider hosting a yard sale, bake sale, or lemonade stand to benefit Kamp, or organize a “Pay to Wear Jeans Day” at your business or office.  One young supporter even asked for Kamp art supplies in lieu of birthday presents, and a class of first-graders earned money for their “good deeds” to fund-raise for Kamp.  What can you do?
